Shifts Available: Full-Time: 7:00pm - 7:30am, with every other weekend coverage
What is Your Role? The LPN Supervisor is responsible for facilitating safe nursing floor operations in accordance with federal state and local regulations and standards, ensuring that each resident receives quality care, and maintains or attains the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. This position ensures resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality, and is knowledgeable of recent events which may have an impact on each resident. The RN/LPN Supervisor directs nursing staff, promoting a positive, calm and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork. This position requires excellent communication skills with team members, residents and family members as well as a high level of patience and compassion for others.

- Previous leadership and nursing experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital.
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations and MDS experience required.
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation with demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
