What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Director of Resident Experience (Services) position at Life Enriching Communities?
Shifts Available : Full-Time, Monday - Friday. What is Your Role? The System Director of Resident Experiences guides and supports LEC's overall strategies for resident satisfaction. The System Director of Resident Experience will participate in identifying, developing, and implementing while ensuring the continuity of programs that emphasize exceptional everyday experiences through engagement, wellness, and a consistent focus on delivering LEC’s promise. This role will work with Senior Leadership and campus-level associates. - Partner with campus Executive Directors and leadership to create exceptional everyday experiences for Residents through all stages of their LEC journey.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a compelling vision of the future of resident experience and service.
- Track and report resident satisfaction and engagement metrics through internal systems.
- Develop and monitor the resident Onboarding Program.
- Works with Marketing and Sales to understand resident needs, preferences, and trends to establish LEC as a differentiator in the industry; also identify and promote resident experiences that align with LEC’s vision.
- Coordinate system-wide resources for resident engagement and wellness at all service / care levels, specifically ensuring consistent execution of protocols and programming standards for memory support.
- Serve as system expert for resident engagement platform and drive and expand utilization.
- Provide coaching and support to community leadership teams to successfully implement LEC’s Way of Wellness.
- Assists Executive Directors in maintaining alignment with LEC standards.

Work Environment and Physical Demands This job operates in an internal office environment. It works with telephones / faxes, computers, and copy machines. The associate is seated 50% of the time. There is limited lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures in the English language. Statewide travel is expected for this position.
