Job Overview
We are seeking experienced, charismatic, and polished bartenders who not only have strong bartending skills but also bring a professional and engaging presence to events. As a Cocktail Crew bartender, you’ll mix and serve drinks while creating a fun and welcoming experience for guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, well-groomed, and comfortable in social settings, as presentation and guest interaction are key aspects of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down the bar area at events
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Engage professionally with guests, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area
- Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines
- Work with event hosts and coordinators to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
- Bartending experience required (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Outgoing personality with excellent people skills
- Well-groomed and presentable, as this is a client-facing role
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 21
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- RBS certified (or able to obtain)
