We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Chiropractor ideally with expertise in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of child development, possess a gentle touch, and exhibit a child-friendly demeanor. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build trust with both children and their parents. As a pediatric chiropractor at Life Family Chiropractic, you will play a key role in supporting the health and wellness of children in our community.
Duties
- Provide exceptional pediatric chiropractic care using diversified and Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT). Basic training available but SOT certified preferred.
- Adapt chiropractic techniques to meet the unique needs of infants, children, and families.
- Educate parents on the benefits of chiropractic care and address their questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and follow all Florida guidelines and regulations for chiropractic care.
- Participate in community outreach and wellness education programs to promote the benefits of pediatric chiropractic care.
- Conduct monthly educational talks (split between doctors) offered to members and new potential members.
- Learn and implement Chiro HD for notes, billing, transactions, care history, coding, and KPIs.
- Conduct assessments (SOT), INSiGHT scans, and utilize diversified, SOT adjusting, and ArthroStim (will train you on ArthroStim).
- Document care effectively in ChiroHD, including rescans and rescan reports.
- Track and analyze metrics such as KPIs, retention, conversions, new patient numbers, leads, and referrals.
- Participate in advertising and marketing initiatives, including creating content for Facebook and Google, learning to run ads, shooting videos, and engaging with LinkedIn to connect with local partner opportunities.
- Engage in community events.
- Monitor performance and participate in quarterly reviews, focusing on tracking numbers and identifying areas for improvement ("Be your own CEO").
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid chiropractic license in the state of Florida.
- Specialized training and certification in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT).
- Extensive knowledge of child development and pediatric chiropractic care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A gentle and patient approach to working with children and their families.
