Job Description
The Rotor Wing Pilot plays a vital role in our team, operating aircraft to facilitate care of critically ill and/or injured patients. This position requires strong aviation skills, a keen sense of safety, and excellent customer service skills. The pilot must effectively communicate with various individuals, sometimes in high-stress situations.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and safely operate aircraft for Life Flight Network.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections, plan flights, and analyze weather conditions.
- Maintain logs and records, as required, and prepare written reports.
- Operate aircraft tug, tractor, and/or ground handling equipment.
- Travel throughout Life Flight Network's service area by personal or company vehicle.
