Life Flower Dispensary is a full service medical and recreational cannabis collective. Our one-stop-shop offers a wide selection of the finest medicinal, recreational and CBD strains, concentrates, edibles, topicals, tinctures, seeds and accessories. All of our staff are here to assist and provide guidance to each customer. Every staff member strives to be educated and experienced with any available product to ensure that the customer is provided with the highest quality Life Flower retail experience. Life Flower Budtenders work with our customers in a retail setting aiming to provide exceptional customer service and use their knowledge of various cannabis products to help customers make the best purchase.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain compliance within MED regulations

• Follow all Opening procedures and Closing procedures

• Greeting customers and assessing their individual needs

• Provide education and guidance on the benefits of various products

• Deliver company’s retail promise to every person while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Maintain online & in-store accuracy for menus, displays, product presentations, etc.

• Assist with Vendors & product in-take, as directed by Shift Manager

• Responsible for Cash Handling

• Responsible for cleaning, sanitation and store appearance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency

• Current Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service

• Ability to remain compliant in a highly regulated role

• Reliable transportation

• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication with customers, coworkers, and management

• Maintain professional personal appearance

• Knowledge of basic computer skills, point-of-sale software, and cash handling

• Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner

• Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality

• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled

Pay: $18.50 - $18.81 per hour
