Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, as well as a valid NC driver's license. You must also be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 25 pounds. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and nutritional supplements for clients.
- Implement and follow established behavior programs, data collection, and safety procedures.
- Monitor clients during meals and ensure utilization of family-style dining.
- Assist clients with housekeeping responsibilities, including clothing care, house cleaning, and yard work.
