We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects by following project plans
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors ensuring safety of all personnel on the job site
- Ability to forecast needed equipment and materials for the job on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Travel to various job sites
- CDL License preferred
- Experience in operating heavy equipment
Salary : $22 - $35
