Job Description

We are inviting you to apply for the Candy Maker/Production Associate Position. As a Candy Maker/Production Associate you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring quality of our award winning gourmet confections. Candy Maker/Production Associates will also be responsible for producing high-quality gourmet confections which requires attention to detail, and for promoting a fun and creative working environment.

• We pay 100% of the insurance premium for medical, dental, vision and life insurance for our employees.
• Full time positions Monday through Friday. 6:00 a.m. -2:30 p.m. OR  9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Weekly pay.
• Monthly hourly bonus
• On the job training provided for a vast variety of tasks required to produce, prepare for packaging, and packaging our gourmet caramel.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50lbs. frequently. Transferring product 10 – 20 feet.
• Be able to see details at close range (within inches to a few feet) to identify critical information to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.
• Be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance, reach (right and left arms), grasp (right and left hands), and utilize finger and hand dexterity and strength.
• Be able to occasionally sit, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Exposed to continuous general business noise and periodic interruptions. Noise intensity is moderate.

• Job Type: Full-time

  Pay: Starting at $19.70 / hour.  Cross training credits with pay increases as soon as the first two weeks of employment.  Potential first year increases (a combination of cross training credits and seniority increases) is up to 13% ($2.56/hour).
