Job Description

Béquet Confections seeks an experienced warehouse associate to be responsible for all product movement. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can prioritize workload and follow instructions. We are looking for a dependable individual with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

· Unload incoming shipments.

· Count and inspect incoming product, noting discrepancies or damage.

· Record incoming product and lot information.

· Prepare and load pallets for outgoing shipments according to customer requirements.

· Maintain warehouse organization.

· Supply production with required items.

· Communication with customer service, production, shipping, freight drivers, and supervisors.

· Follow all food and personnel safety policies.

· Assist in other areas as necessary.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently. Transfer product 10 - 20 feet.

· Previous warehouse experience of 1 to 3 years.

· Previous experience driving forklift. Experience on sidewinder forklift a plus.

· Previous experience receiving product a plus.
