Job Title : Cabinet Department – Cutting, Preparation, and Finishing
Reports To : Cabinet Department Coordinator

In this multifaceted role, you’ll take part in the full production process—from cutting and preparing materials to finishing and installing cabinets with precision and care. As a vital member of our Cabinet Department, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that each vehicle meets the exact standards our customers rely on. Experience :
- Previous experience with mechanical tools, saws, and carpentry processes preferred.
- Previous woodworking experience
- Familiarity with Life Line products and processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Cutting and Preparation :
Operate tools and equipment such as table saws, chop and miter saws, sanders, routers, and other assigned machinery.Cut laminate and other materials based on work orders and blueprints.Prepare boards and materials for cabinet assembly.Collaborate with the Engineering and Parts Departments to fulfill production needs.Maintain an organized workspace and track materials for projects.Finishing and Installation :
Sand, file, clean, and inspect cabinets for quality assurance.Construct and install shelving, vents, hardware, and bead cabinets.Perform paint touch-ups and ensure all components meet design specifications.Measure, align, and apply components with precision.General Duties :
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.Inspect finished products and apply quality assurance techniques.Train and assist other production personnel as needed.Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.Meet deadlines while adhering to cost-reduction goals and manufacturing methods.Perform other duties as assigned.Position Requirements :
Strong mechanical skills, including the use of power and air tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.Team-oriented with a results-driven approach.Motivated and open to personal and professional development.Education :
High school diploma or equivalent experience.Technical training in a related field is beneficial.Physical Demands :
Ability to stand, walk, grip, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Use of senses such as sight, touch, sound, and smell.Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.Work Environment :
Indoor conditions with occasional exposure to outdoor elements.Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels, and temperature extremes.Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions and airborne particles.Working Hours :
