Location: Life Line Emergency Vehicles | Full-Time
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for efficiency and quality? Life Line Emergency Vehicles is seeking a Production Team Lead to drive daily operations on our production floor. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a hardworking team to meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily activities for production team members
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met across shifts
Facilitate daily team huddles and set clear performance expectations
Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, or Kaizen principles
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to support team development
Monitor key production metrics and recommend actionable improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, engineering) to solve production challenges
Track materials and report shortages
Maintain accurate shift reports and production documentation
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree a plus
3 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety, and quality standards
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies strongly preferred
A proactive leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as needed
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required
