Position Overview :
Join the Life Line Emergency Vehicle team as a skilled technician in our finishing and preparation department. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in both the aesthetic and structural preparation of our high-quality emergency vehicles, ensuring they are ready for dependable, on-the-road service. We’re hiring for several positions within this department, each requiring hands-on work, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Whether buffing, mounting, priming, or prepping, your role will impact the durability and reputation of every Life Line vehicle.

This position offers variety and challenge, with each technician working closely with engineering and production teams to meet rigorous quality and safety standards.
WORKING HOURS :
6 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 30 p.m. Monday – Friday
Flexibility is required, with occasional early or late shifts as needed.
Available Positions :
- Buffer and Module Mounting Technician : Responsible for expertly buffing and finishing vehicle surfaces, securely mounting modules and bumpers to vehicle chassis with high precision. Operate equipment such as drills and torque wrenches, ensuring the secure and accurate alignment of parts.
- Metal Preparation and Priming Specialist : Prepare bare metal parts for painting, applying bondo, sanding edges, and priming surfaces. Operate buffers and mixing equipment, applying your technical skills to deliver smooth finishes.
- General Paint Department Technician : Assist with a range of tasks, including operating buffers, preparing and priming surfaces, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Operate assigned tools and equipment, including buffers, drills, hoists, and paint mixers.
Buffer and Module Mounting : Measure, align, and secure vehicle modules and rear bumpers; handle sanding, buffing, and finishing of vehicle units.
