Key Responsibilities
- Access to warm leads - NO COLD CALLING!
- Call leads, schedule appointments
- Learn a 10-minute presentation and present insurance strategies
- Conduct a needs assessment to understand and address clients’ insurance needs
- Assist in writing and signing an application for an insurance product
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
About the Position
- Commission-based compensation (1099)
- Flexible hours- you build your own schedule
- Direct reporting and tracking progress with an experienced leader and mentor
- Perfect as a side hustle (at first) and transition to full-time when ready
- Compensation includes bonuses, overrides, back-end commissions, residuals and more
