Life Network seeks a compassionate and professional individual to serve as Assistant Director in the Parenting Program. This role involves overseeing program administration, organizing material resources, and mentoring clients who are pregnant or new mothers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the encouragement, supervision, and training of the program's volunteers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in overseeing the Parenting Program
- Organize and plan program lessons
- Mentor clients in a supportive capacity
- Train and supervise volunteer coaches
- Manage the client database program
- Coordinate volunteer functions and ministry events
- Participate in long-range vision planning and implementation
- Handle donation receivables and processing
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director
- Participate in staff development events and volunteer in-services
- Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major events

CLASSIFICATION
Full-time for 40 hours per week. Pay range : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility for one evening a week. Reports to the Parenting Program Director.
