SUPPORT STAFF II (Flex Role)

This position will function within the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center. We seek a compassionate and well-organized individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This role will have direct contact with the patients to provide assistance and help determine appropriate needs.

This position will provide staff coverage at all four centers and will work from different locations as needed. The role includes administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functions of the office. It offers an individual a rewarding opportunity to minister in a dynamic and growing evangelistic ministry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides patient advocacy care to patients
• Maintains relevant knowledge of resources to appropriate referrals
• Maintains current and accurate patient data
• Assists as front desk receptionist
• Assists director with administrative needs for proper functioning of a medical office
• Participates in staff development events and volunteer in-services
• Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major events

QUALIFICATIONS

CLASSIFICATION

Full-time at 34 hours per week. Pay range is $16.00 to $19.50. Requires working from multiple center locations, maintaining a flexible schedule and ability to work some nights and weekends. Reports to Pregnancy Services Director.
