Responsibilities
- Marketing duties
o Manage and maintain social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
o Prepare high quality PowerPoint presentations
o Perform research, design and implement creative strategies to align with social media and marketing goals
o Design and maintain branded materials
- Administrative duties
o Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, typing (letters, memos, e-mails etc.), filing (both physical and electronic), copying, scanning
o Prepare meeting rooms for meetings
o Manage and maintain calendar, including conference calls
o Maintain supplies inventory
o Check fax machine and distribute faxes
o Ensure operation of office equipment – troubleshoot malfunctions and contact IT when necessary
o Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary
- As a Marketing Associate, you'll play an important role in providing support to the Executive Director and other director level staff
Core Functions
- Independently create/generate high quality social media content
- Meet project deadlines and establish/follow a social media posting schedule
Qualifications
- BS/BA required or 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills
- Successful administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with complex calendar management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Proven professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
