Role Overview
As a CNA at LIFE Pittsburgh, you will work an overnight shift providing compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their safety, independence, and well-being. You’ll deliver direct and indirect care based the participant’s individualized Plan of Care.
Key Responsibilities
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Assist participant with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, and medication prompting.
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) : Support participant with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and companionship.
Provide basic nursing care, such as Foley catheter care, applying assistive devices, and assisting with colostomy bags, following organizational policies and procedures.
Accurately complete and submit documentation, including flow sheets, logs, and communication books, within required timeframes.

This position is based near Bakerstown, PA (15007).

Requirements :
High school diploma or GED.
CNA license
Minimum of 1 year of direct care experience with elderly or frail populations in a healthcare setting.
Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
