The Campus Leadership role is a pivotal position responsible for guiding and influencing the educational environment within the institution. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, inspire staff, and foster a culture of academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration, curriculum development, and experience working with students to create an inclusive and effective learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, responding to email communication, and managing staff
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance student engagement and success.
- Educate and mentor staff on best practices in teaching, curriculum development, and classroom management.
- Foster relationships with students, parents, and the community to promote a positive campus environment.
- Responsible for the overall safety of all staff and students.
