Weekend Sales Trainer (Call Center)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Weekend Trainer to join our team at Life Protect. This part-time position will be responsible for leading the weekend version of our Med Sales training program for new hires. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new employees, contributing to their development and understanding of company processes. As a Weekend Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching training modules, tracking trainee progress, and maintaining administrative records, while supporting the broader goals of our training department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct the weekend version of the Med Sales training program for new hires.

• Monitor and track trainee performance, including administrative tasks such as progress logs, attendance, and disciplinary actions.

• Provide constructive feedback and support to new hires to ensure their success during the training period.

• Perform additional duties as required within the training department to support the weekend training schedule.

• Schedule: 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM Saturdays and Sundays

Requirements:

• Must successfully complete paid in-house training over a minimum of two consecutive weekends, as scheduled by the training department.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

• A positive and approachable demeanor, with the ability to mentor and motivate new hires.

• Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including maintaining training records.

• Ongoing ability to learn new content and training skills

• Must pass a background check

Pay: $20 hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
