Key Responsibilities:Ensure consistent and reliable execution of all operational processes.
Tackle and manage ongoing issues, including:
Starlink and minor IT-related tasks
Return logistics and vendor coordination
Long-term robotics solutions for operational efficiency
Ability to handle personnel issues that may arise
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies.
Proactively identify problems and create sustainable solutions.
Travel domestically up to 8 weeks per year to support company initiatives.
What Will Make You a Great Fit:
Strategic, with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to execute dependably under minimal supervision.
Strong Emotional Intelligence (EI), able to anticipate needs and respond to unspoken cues.
Knowledge or familiarity with AI tools and minor IT systems.
Comfortable with ambiguity; focused on finding practical, long-term solutions.
Experience in operations or logistics (4 years preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience strongly preferred.
This role requires flexibility and a willingness to collaborate and evolve, rather than a set-in-stone approach.
