We are seeking a Lead Care Provider to assist a variety of seniors on an on-call basis, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities as a Lead Care Provider (Floater)
🌟 Fill in for shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM as needed.
🌟 Provide on-call care for clients in the community.
🌟 Travel throughout the service area (Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton).
🌟 Coach and mentor caregivers to ensure the success of client care.
🌟 Provide transportation to clients for appointments.
🌟 Offer companionship and engage in conversations.
🌟 Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
🌟 Perform light housekeeping including laundry and linen changes.
🌟 Assist with dressing and preparing meals for clients.
🌟 Remind clients about medications and assist with adherence.
🌟 Help family members learn safe care techniques.
🌟 Support new clients with the immediate start of care.
🌟 Other tasks as assigned by the Administrator.

Qualifications Required:
✔ Valid Driver’s License – Reliable transportation to get you to clients.
✔ Personal Vehicle – Must be able to travel to all service areas.
✔ Experience in caregiving – Experience with personal care, senior care, or related tasks.
✔ Self-motivated & independent – Ability to work autonomously when needed.
✔ Compassionate & Caring – The ability to treat every client with dignity and respect.
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate with clients, family members, and the team effectively.
✔ Personal Vehicle – Must be able to travel to all service areas.
