However, if you’re only looking for a short-term job, this may not be the right fit. But if you are a CNA, PCA, NA, or Nursing Student passionate about caregiving and ready to challenge yourself daily, we’d love to have you!
Starting Pay Rates:
- Companion Caregiver – $14.00/hr
- PCA – $15.00/hr
- CNA – $16.50/hr
- Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr
- Receive a $0.50 raise after completing the required training!

Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying)
- Plan and prepare meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer transportation for errands and appointments
- Educate family members on safe caregiving techniques
Qualifications:
✅ CNA license or PCA certification
✅ Ability to provide dignified and respectful care
✅ Ability to follow a structured care plan
✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
✅ Flexibility and adaptability to different care situations
✅ Comfortable around pets (dogs and/or cats)
✅ Reliable communication via phone & email
✅ Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
✅ Prior experience with dementia care is a plus!
✅ Must pass a background check
✅ Ability to provide dignified and respectful care
