What are the responsibilities and job description for the Affiliate Recruiter position at Life Safety Engineered Systems, Inc.?
Recruiters are responsible for bringing on talented and qualified subcontractors/affiliates to join our extensive affiliate network. This process can be done in multiple different ways, the largest one is via calling affiliates and recruiting them to work for us. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify which areas we need to find new affiliates in, some areas are more difficult than others. You should also be able to research new affiliates using the tools we have provided to you, as well as your own skills. The ideal candidate for this position will develop effective external relationships and internal relationships. They must be an independent self-starter, innovative, resourceful, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish recruiting goals.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse affiliates using creative and strategic methods including cold calling, search engine and social media searches.
- Energetic, driven personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and be self-directed, but also take direction from all levels of managers within the organization, which may result in having to re-prioritize work activities on a regular basis.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Should have good comfort level with integrating multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions
- Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Requires excellent customer service etiquette
- Requires excellent follow up, follow through discipline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
