The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify new business opportunities while building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is essential to driving revenue growth and expanding our reach. As a BDR, you’ll use cutting-edge tools and proven strategies to generate leads, set appointments, and close deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively make B2B cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Set up appointments, identify opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales process to closure.
- Leverage your existing network and develop new connections to drive growth.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients for account managers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities in the CRM system.
- Submit and review weekly prospecting reports with the National Sales Manager.
- Create and execute field sales action plans.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales quotas.
