The Inside Sales Representative for National Accounts is a member of the National Accounts Team who will grow the current client base by managing existing and new national accounts. The Inside Sales Representative for National Accounts will maintain relationships and cross-sell and upsell the company’s services.

About the Inside Sales – National Accounts Opportunity:
$45k, plus commission.

Essential Duties:
Serve as the account manager on existing and new national accounts, looking for opportunities to grow the business with clients by cross-selling and upselling services.
Grow current client base by renewing current contracts, cross-selling and upselling new services and maintaining relationships. In addition, aggressively identifying and qualifying new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities. Update and maintain all contacts, deals and tasks in HubSpot.
Assists the National Account Team by helping to renew current contracts.
Prepare inspection and repair proposals for clients. Maintain deals and pipeline for accurate forecasting monthly.
Represent LSS Life Safety Services with a professional presence. Must be able to present products, services, and value in a compelling and consultative manner. Represent LSS Life Safety Services at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as necessary. Have the ability to present our value and to educate industry professionals as necessary.
Maintain the company's contact management database, complete weekly sales reports, and meet with management on a regular basis to ensure performance, strategy, and results.
Ensure effective internal communications with sales, customer service, marketing, and operations. Must work consistently and collaboratively with all internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Some college coursework, Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred degrees: Business Management, Marketing, Communications. Experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
- Outstanding communication skills, customer service skills, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and very strong self-belief.
- Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with standard corporate sales productivity tools (CRM, email, voicemail, MS Office)
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust/rapport with prospects

- Minimum of 2 years of experience to work in a high-energy sales team environment and be a team player
