The industries we serve are as varied as the roles we source for. Everything from Architects and Technical Writers to Security Personnel and Accountants. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 5 or more years’ experience looking for a flexible work schedule of 10-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a variety of tools to find and connect with our ideal candidates. This position includes in-house talent sourcing efforts for offices located in Cranberry Twp, Erie, Pittsburgh, and Horsham, PA. This can be a full remote role, preference will be given to candidates who are able to commute to our Cranberry Township, PA office at least 2 days each week. Job Description : Outbound sourcing efforts including making cold calls Conduct database resume searches Maximize use of Social Media tools to find quality candidates and promote the Company Assist with job postings for all positions Source candidates using social media and job posting sites (Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) Perform resume screen Track candidates in recruiting software (Jazz HR) Perform telephone screens and interviews Conduct candidate employment screens (pre-employment testing and brief interview) Required Education : Associate’s degree in business or human resource related discipline preferred Required Skills / Experience : Experience cold-calling candidates and using multiple recruiting sources Experience using database software, MS Word, Excel, and leveraging the internet and social media Good writing skills High attention to detail Efficient time management 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Preferred Skills / Experience : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field preferred Willingness to report to an office location in Cranberry Township, PA Powered by JazzHR
