Life Science Connect establishes strategic connections between our audiences and partners, expediting the progress of life-enhancing, life-extending, and life-saving drug therapies and medical devices.
Our digital / virtual events are some of the most effective tactics when it comes to connecting our audience and our clients and the demand for these products has never been higher. To keep up with this demand we are seeking a Host / Producer who will not only be responsible for the day-to-day production of our webinars, expos, podcasts and other events but also serve as the host / moderator.

The ideal candidate will possess both webinar production experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and / or medical device industries, as well as on-camera, live video presentation experience. More specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the following :
Producer Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage a monthly schedule of assigned events. Event activities include, but are not limited to :
- Performs technical checks with all event participants prior to events, in conjunction with recording session if requested
- Summarizes registration page material to write and present brief introductions for webinars– both live and prerecorded, video and audio
- Monitors presenter and audience connectivity, trouble-shoots issues
- Facilitates Q&A sessions and audience poll questions
Host Responsibilities – Serve as our welcoming and engaging high-energy brand representative for assigned live and prerecorded events. Event activities include, but are not limited to :
