Producer Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage a monthly schedule of assigned events. Event activities include, but are not limited to:
- Performs technical checks with all event participants prior to events, in conjunction with recording session if requested
- Summarizes registration page material to write and present brief introductions for webinars– both live and prerecorded, video and audio
- Monitors presenter and audience connectivity, trouble-shoots issues
- Facilitates Q&A sessions and audience poll questions
- Run training sessions on presentation platform (ON24) with subject matter experts/presenters prior to assigned events
- Verify that all materials are loaded and converted properly prior to event start
- Verify that audience-facing console is configured properly prior to event start
- Customize event intros
- Run presentation tool during hosted events and provide minor technical support as needed
- Welcome attendees, introduce subject matter experts, run polls, coordinate Q&A sections, and interact with subject matter experts when appropriate
- Initiate post-event file archive processing
- 1-3 years relevant experience required; experience in academic setting is acceptable,
- Mid-level proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and efficient
- Able to perform basic data entry
- Able to understand and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Clear communication and effective writing in English
- Able to adjust and adapt to workflow level
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, English or Communications preferred
- Copywriting
- Graphic design with marketing focus
- Life Sciences/drug development knowledge
- Charismatic, engaging personality – appropriate level of humor and gravitas
