What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Life Science Logistics LLC?
- Greet visitors and refer to appropriate staff members using proper office etiquette.
- Answer visitors’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Answer phone, route calls, and take messages.
- Screen calls and visitors to control interruptions.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain meeting schedule of conference room.
- Maintain visitor logs.
- Ship office packages via UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne/USPS.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
- Research, price, purchase, and monitor inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but are not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Arrange amenities for meetings and conferences as needed.
- Maintain appearance of the lobby, front desk, conference room, and breakroom areas.
- Participate in the Morale Committee and employee social functions.
- Arrange monthly birthday/anniversary celebrations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
