A CDMO Client of Life Science People is looking for a Director, Human Resources to join their team.
We are looking for someone who is HANDS-ON with payroll.
In addition to the payroll experience, we’ll need someone who is comfortable and interested in tactical execution – think onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, 401k compliance, leave administration, state registrations, personnel files and company documentation, audits (I-9, payroll, HR practices), employment verifications, coordination of training activities, salary benchmarking, and job description draft and rewrites.
