Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract-to-perm knowledge, extensive experience in handling internal transfers, onboarding, and recruitment processes. Proficiency in ADP and conducting background checks is also essential. Key Responsibilities : Manage the full lifecycle of internal transfers, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and system updates are completed.
- Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing (A) to hire (C), including scheduling and conducting internal interviews.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of new hires into the HR system.
- Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.
- Requirements : Contract-to-Perm Knowledge : Strong understanding of contract-to-permanent employment processes.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and internal transfers.
- HR Experience : Proven experience in managing internal transfers, onboarding, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- ADP Knowledge : Proficiency in using ADP for HR management tasks.
- Background Checks : Experience with conducting background checks for new hires.
- Preferred Qualifications : Strong organizational and communication skills.
