Are you passionate about helping others and enjoy being on the road? Join our LIFE Transportation team as a Driver and provide vital transportation services for elderly clients in Tulsa! Our LIFE PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team is dedicated to supporting seniors by helping them stay safely in their homes, avoiding nursing facility placement whenever possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport seniors from their homes to our care center and to their scheduled appointments.
- Assist clients as they get in and out of vehicles, including ensuring secure wheelchair transport when needed.
- Keep vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with our dispatcher for regular servicing.
- Work closely with our team to follow assigned routes and scheduled rides.
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional, caring attitude with clients at all times.

Requirements:CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Holds and maintains a current Oklahoma Driver’s license
- Possess CPR and basic first aid certification
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience in working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
- Experienced in transporting individuals with special mobility needs preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly population.
- Function independently, have flexibility, and personal integrity.
- Skilled in identifying and recommending problem resolution; and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
This is a Safety Sensitive position requiring candidates to have:
- a background check,
- a pre-employment drug test,
- motor vehicle record check,
- TB screen.
