Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapy Technician to join our team at Centria Autism. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
About the Role
As an ABA Therapy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting our clinicians in the development and implementation of treatment plans. You will work directly with clients, using evidence-based techniques to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for collecting and recording data on client behavior, which will be used to inform treatment decisions.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing client materials and behavior reduction assessments. You will work closely with our BCBA/BC staff to ensure that all clients receive the highest quality care possible.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to physically perform the job requirements, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if necessary.
- Strong understanding of technology to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications.
- Strong cultural competency with the ability to remain flexible and open-minded.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a structured pay plan that rewards your hard work and dedication.
