A division of Centria Autism, we specialize in providing center-based ABA Therapy services to young children.
Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Our highly-trained clinicians develop individualized, one-on-one programs that help children with autism improve communication ability, daily living skills, and social behaviors necessary to thrive in school, at home, and in their community.
Schedule:
Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, in center.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training. You will follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, collect and record data, and assist with parent and caregiver training.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to physically perform job duties, including lifting up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Cultural competency and flexibility
