$13–$15 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

(Nap time coverage / Schoolers Teacher)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during nap time and afternoon school-age programming

• Maintain a clean, calm, and safe classroom environment

• Assist with daily routines and support other teaching staff

• Encourage positive behavior and social development

• Follow all licensing and safety requirements set by the state of Texas

• Communicate effectively with team members and parents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting preferred

• Must meet Texas DFPS minimum standards for childcare workers

• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Must pass background check and fingerprinting

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
