Established in 2015 in Cuyahoga County of Ohio, our agency has evolved into responsive, comprehensive programs focused on improving the quality of life for individuals and the community. Our services are provided by a team of professionals that include psychiatrists, therapists, and mental health specialists who work closely with you and with one another to ensure that your needs are successfully addressed and properly identified. Our professional staff can provide behavioral health counseling and therapy, community psychiatric supportive treatment, and ongoing assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important information
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
*Must be flexible to deliver services pertinent to the ITP and specified goals including arrangement, linkage or integration of multiple services as they are needed by the client
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for those applying for a medical receptionist position
