Eagle Court Memory Care, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for Nurse Manager (LPN) to join our growing team.
Eagle Court Memory Care opened in 2018 and overlooks the beautiful Fox River, near downtown in the heart of Appleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Eagle Point provides stable management and a welcoming staff!
Shifts Available : Full Time Days, MOD rotation for weekends / holidays
Wages : $27.00-$32.50

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and shares responsible for daily clinical operations. Duties include :
- Schedule and / or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident and client population.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers.
