Life Strategies, LLC. is a BCBA owned and operated behavioral health agency that provides meaningful and effective therapy services to children, individuals, couples and families encountering a variety of life issues. We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to work out of our Chesterton location. This position is a Monday-Friday 8:30a - 5:00p. 2-4 years of human resources experience in a fast paced environment is preferred.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Human Resources Assistant to assist with a variety of tasks including but not limiting to recruiting, interviewing, , human resources and personnel support, office and administrative support, as well assist the divisions and Operations Director as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, is solution oriented with the ability to troubleshoot in the moment, has an understanding of and experience in human resources and system operations and is able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
