We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in Cabot, Arkansas.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed or be actively working toward independent licensure in the state of Arkansas
• LPC, LCSW
• Must be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visits
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
• Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary
• Keeps all required documentation current: 90-day reviews and Treatment Plans, as well as any other documentation requirements
• If the client has a guardian/parent, meets with the guardian monthly (minimum)
• Plans and administers therapeutic treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
• Directs case management assigned to patients.
