What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator position at Life Style Staffing?
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
This position coordinates all inbound and outbound operations. Provides support to manufacturing as needed.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Create inbound deliveries and perform post goods receipts for all incoming shipments.
· Unload and load trailers as needed.
· Receive raw materials and components into inventory.
· Maintain dock accuracy and perform audits as necessary.
· Maintain all inbound/outbound data reporting.
· Coordinate and bill all outbound shipments
· Run the daily POC order report
· Coordinate all LTL and miscellaneous shipping requests including FedEx.
· Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and inventory transactions in SAP.
· Work closely with planning, purchasing, distribution and manufacturing to ensure smooth product flow internally and externally
· Assign tasks and manage work flow and resources
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Knowledge in Excel, Access, SAP.
· DOT certification required
· Good customer service skills.
· Flexible to work any shift.
· Ability to work overtime as needed.
· Visual aptitude – must be able to see with or without correction.
· Good verbal and non-verbal skills.
· Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time.
DEGREE / EDUCATION:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Previous experience with inbound/outbound shipments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
