Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our product development, management, and improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will play a vital role as one of the key leaders of the organization, working directly with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
This role involves creating, managing, and improving product lines and products within the business, financial education, and live event industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, strategize, and execute brand and product vision, from conception to launch to end of product lifecycle.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from product creation, marketing strategy, revenue stream development, beta testing, launch, and continuous improvements.
- Oversee outsourced service providers who fulfill existing products.
Product Focus Areas:
- Live Events (local events, conferences, unique experiences)
- Education (online, in-person, coaching)
- Memberships (masterminds, online communities, SaaS tech)
- Recurring Services Ecosystem (financial and business services)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of successful product leadership, preferably in education or financial services industry.
- Strong ability to balance customer-centricity, financial considerations, and business objectives.
