We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inside Admissions Administrator to join our dynamic Admissions team. This role is focused on supporting admissions activities through accurate data entry, reporting, and administrative support. You will help maintain smooth operations and ensure all admissions-related processes are organized and optimized.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate applicant records using programs such as Monday.com, Asana, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Support the admissions process by updating and maintaining prospective student data within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and distribute reports on admissions activities, key metrics, and enrollment progress.
- Monitor and organize admissions-related documentation, including applications, supporting materials, and communications logs.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and CRM teams to ensure workflows are efficient and deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support by organizing team schedules, meetings, and admissions-related tasks.
- Assist in auditing data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Create and maintain filing systems and databases for organized access to records.
- Previous experience in administrative support, data management, or admissions-related roles is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using programs such as Asana, Outlook, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Analytical mindset for reviewing data and preparing performance reports.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and admissions best practices is a plus.
