Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, culture-minded individual to join our high-performing Inside Admissions team as a sales representative. This person will play a pivotal role in building relationships with potential students, driving growth, and spreading Kingdom mission alongside other highly motivated individuals. We are seeking candidates with top-notch communication skills, a deep understanding of our transformative products, and the desire to grow and develop excellent skills within the sales industry.

Essential Duties

• Utilize effective closing techniques to secure deals of high-ticket sales
• Conduct outbound calls with finesse and persuasion
• Navigate calls to address customer concerns and objections
• Leads are provided but must leverage sales training and experience to boost sales rates
• Demonstrate confidence in fast-paced work environment
• Work in a culture with a “winning” mentality

• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and situations, and adjusting sales approach based on unique needs
• Belief in the product and its ability to meet customer needs.

Qualifications And Experience Preferred

• Highschool diploma
• Telesales or related sales experience
• Proficiency with Kixie and HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus
• We will train in office!
