The Brand Director will be a key leader in shaping the future of Life Surge and our new ventures. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Life Surge brand, ensuring its consistent messaging and growth, while also playing a critical role in developing and launching new brands aligned with our mission. This individual will be a strategic thinker, a creative marketer, and a passionate advocate for our values.
The Brand Director will use research and analysis to guide future brand development and awareness and develop strategic brand positioning and communication. This role involves overseeing the brand's positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth, market share, and brand equity.
This role will also oversee the development and execution of social media strategies for all brands, building engaged communities and driving brand awareness. The Brand Director will oversee the online reputation and social media teams to ensure that we are engaging audiences and maintain a positive online reputation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, education, research, operations, agencies, creative) to support product launches, promotional activities, and the execution of the brand plan.
- Analyze and interpret market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to track brand performance and inform better sales and marketing communications.
- Build brand loyalty, drive trials, and encourage customer engagement.
- Manage brand online reputation and social media teams to ensure messaging and creative planning are consistent with brand strategy, that online communities are curated, and that negative issues are responded to quickly and effectively.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing launch campaigns, including strategies and creative briefs for digital, social, print, and broadcast media.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on brand-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits of brand touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on brand health, campaign effectiveness, and online reputation.
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies.
- Lead the development of brand strategies for new ventures, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
- Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new brands successfully.
- Develop marketing plans for new brands, including digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in developing and launching new brands is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
