What we expect from you: This needs to be a career move, not a steppingstone. Provide individual and group counseling services, provide family counseling, administer assessments and psychological testing, participate in networking, and become a vital team member within our growing practice in Illinois.
Requirements:
- Will need to be able to work independently.
- Training will be conducted.
- Ability to work weekends a plus.
- Complete an assessment prior to your interview.
Pay: Two different contract options – both are employee based not 1099
- Option #1 – you are paid per billable hour at a set rate for the work that you complete.
- Option #2 – you are paid at a negotiated commission of what the practice brings in.
Both options are eligible for employee benefits if full time.
How are we different from other practices?
- Option of full time or part time.
- Flexibility within you schedule, days, evenings, weekends.
- You have the option to charge your patients for late cancels and No Shows. If you charge your patient, you will be paid for that hour.
- We pay for your trainings.
- You are an employee, there is no concern of fee splitting or worrying about taxes.
- You are in control of your career.
- There is some flexibility within your schedule for fully licensed clinicians.
- We take care of the advertising and all the behind the scenes business work, so you just focus on your patient care.
Benefits for full time employees:
- After you have been employed for 1 year you are eligible for a simple retirement plan through Thrivent Financial, where we match up to 3% of what you earn.
- We pay an additional 8% of what you make towards health insurance. Our health insurance is with BCBS or Illinois.
- 12 days of personal time per year available after your first anniversary with our practice.
- 9 paid holidays a year.
