Job Description
Position Summary
Manages the development and implementation of the Life Time Inc data platform. Designs data solutions using data warehouse best practices. Provides leadership to the department in the fulfillment of Life Time Inc’s Mission Statement.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Manages the delivery of high value enterprise data engineering solutions
- Leads the design of data pipeline / ETL using emerging technologies and tools
- Designs and models enterprise data assets in Snowflake that drive business user insight
- Acts as a the technical lead to a team of data engineers by providing technical guidance
- Translates complex business requirements into solutions meeting Life Time data standards
- Partners with leadership and business teams to develop and implement the Enterprise Data Asset strategy
- Drives and ensures adherence to development best practices within the Data & Analytics team
- Evolves the framework and methodology for the integration of data
- Provides effective performance evaluations and staff recognition programs / awards

This is a salaried position starting at $136,000.00 and pays up to $187,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
