Position Summary
The Millwork Project Manager coordinates and manages assigned Millwork projects and timelines for Life Time Fitness from the approved design through millwork installation. These projects include : NCO's, Acquisitions, Capex and PO's. This person works closely with Shop Foreman to insure that project timelines are achievable.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares millwork AutoCad drawings from approved Life Time Fitness (LTF) Architecture Dept. designs
- Review scope and documents from team
- Address and maximize timelines with Millwork production team reflect dates back to CapEx team
- Translates AutoCad drawings into MicroVelum software for production work with the C&C machine
- Produces shop drawings for each project to be reviewed and approved by LTF Architecture
- Organizes and schedules approved club requests
- Assists in requesting and writing of material contracts for millwork shop
- Responds to RFI's concerning Millwork issues
- Prepares and issues millwork revisions as required for approved Change Orders
- Ensures millwork construction compliance to intent of approved designs and approved shop drawings
- Assists with the project specific accounting for millwork and the installation
