Position Summary
The Content Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and delivery of Life Time's enterprise editorial content strategy, including content curation and creation. This master-brand initiative leads the organization's efforts to deliver engaging, informative health and wellness content to Life Time's members, prospective members, and anyone interested in healthy living. It also supports the organization's member acquisition and retention strategies, establishing Life Time as a thought leader in the space, and driving recognition of and loyalty to the brand.
The Content Strategy Specialist will create, curate, repackage, and repurpose content for the brand and Companies Inside. They will collaborate with Companies Inside representatives and subject matter experts to develop content, as well as conduct research and interviews on topics. They will be focused on delivering consistent, high-quality copy and content that supports Life Time's Master Brand Strategy (this includes the ability to self-edit, peer edit, and copy edit) and that tells the why of Life Time's business priorities and expands our thought leadership in the health and wellness space, building trust with anyone who encounters the content
The Content Strategy Specialist will contribute to the content-planning process and work closely with the Senior Director of Content Strategy and other members of the Life Time Editorial / Experience Life team to create content that meets our creative and quality standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as attention to detail and the ability to switch gears and respond quickly. Strong organizational skills are critical. An editorial background is preferred, as is digital marketing and content marketing experience. Active interest in health, fitness, and wellness is also important.
Job Duties / Responsibilities

- Curates, repackages, and / or repurposes content, as well as completes miscellaneous writing / editing / research projects to support various businesses
