We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Children's Program Leader. In this role, you will lead children aged 3-13 through a variety of activities, including rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games, and more. You will also be responsible for incorporating nutrition education with themed activities, providing a high level of safety and fun for children.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging activities that promote physical activity, socialization, and learning.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for children to participate in activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and deliver programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to child safety and well-being.
Requirements:
- 1 year of related experience.
- First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
- Ability to tolerate loud noises.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and climb ladders.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
